Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over R1000. A flat fee of R160 applies to orders under R1000.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Courier Service

We partner with The Courier Guy for all our deliveries. This includes their Pudo lockers.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across South Africa, covering both urban and rural areas.

Estimated Delivery Times

While we aim for prompt delivery, actual times may vary depending on your location and other unforeseen factors.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or outlying regions may incur extra charges.

Quality Complaints
The Buyer shall be required to lodge any complaints relating to the quality of the Goods within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Failure to do so shall render the Buyer liable for the full invoice amount.

All complaints must be submitted through the Seller’s website under the Buyer’s registered profile and must include both a written description of the complaint and supporting photographic evidence.
